    Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:

    • You can call us or e-mail us within 24 hrs. days from date of delivery.
    • Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
    • Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original tags, boxes and dust-bags.
    • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

    • Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through.
    • our returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
    • Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email/phone

    How do you return?

    • You will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us.
    • For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 towards your shipping costs as an-voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.
